About the Role
You will handle customer inquiries through chat phone and email. You will assess individual needs provide excellent service share feedback to improve processes and products and help achieve service and efficiency goals. You will work in the Stockholm office every weekday.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in service and sales
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Ability to maintain an overview in a changing environment
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Problem-solving ability
