About the Role
You will plan and execute CRM marketing to reactivate dormant customers and convert them to traders, design behavior-based customer segments, operate personalized campaigns, and plan and automate CRM campaigns across app push, messaging, LMS, and email channels.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of CRM marketing experience or equivalent experience
- Experience operating CRM solutions including Braze
- Experience designing customer segments and building automated campaigns
- Experience analyzing and improving CRM campaign KPIs such as open rate, CTR, CVR, and retention
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and derive insights from data
- Experience building CRM automation with Braze is preferred
- CRM experience in trading, commerce, fintech, or financial services is preferred
- Experience using SQL, Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is preferred
