About the Role
You will advise customers and sell retail banking, credit, and investment products. You will process cash and non-cash payments, open and maintain payment and deposit accounts, prepare documentation, resolve customer issues, and apply banking regulations correctly.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics
- Banking or sales experience and proven sales experience
- Sales skills and strong customer orientation
- Experience working with currency
- Communication and presentation skills
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Advise customers and sell banking, credit, and investment products
- Process cash and non-cash payments based on customer needs
- Participate in sales campaigns and use sales techniques
- Prepare documentation and perform banking operations under internal rules
- Open and maintain payment and deposit accounts for individual customers
- Improve customer-service quality and resolve customer issues
- Apply banking regulations and internal documents correctly
