About the Role
You will support critical crypto business functions, including order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management. You will troubleshoot customer escalations, identify operational inefficiencies, translate needs into product requirements, and support tools, product launches, and process documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related analytical field
- Expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Operational and product-oriented mindset
- Data-driven decision-making
- Interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products
Responsibilities
- Monitor order and execution health
- Monitor blockchain network performance and liquidity management
- Troubleshoot complex customer escalations
- Support root-cause analysis and prioritize fixes with product teams
- Identify operational process inefficiencies
- Translate operational needs into product requirements
- Provide feedback and test workflows for internal tools
- Support product launches and feature rollouts
- Develop process documentation
