About the Role

You will manage complex operational workflows involving corporate treasury swap routing and high-value disbursements. You will investigate discrepancies maintain standard operating procedures develop troubleshooting runbooks and use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency. You will communicate operational updates collaborate with stakeholders and support knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of operations experience in crypto or Web3 corporate treasury settlements payments or banking operations
• Understanding of fiat payment rails stablecoin mechanics liquidity management and blockchain transaction tracking
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or ChatGPT or using macros and scripts
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause investigation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to escalate effectively in time-sensitive situations
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends public holidays and evening shifts
• Experience in shift-based SLA-driven or high-volume operational environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate treasury market-making disbursement and swap-routing workflows within SLA timelines
• Investigate and troubleshoot ledger mismatches network delays banking breaks and other discrepancies
• Develop AI prompts spreadsheet models macros and scripts to reduce manual work
• Maintain SOPs and develop troubleshooting runbooks
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing for junior team members
• Communicate operational updates with internal teams and external trading counterparties
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve product and operational issues
• Provide feedback to improve tools and processes
