About the Role
You will own the acquisition lifecycle programme, including lead conversion and welcome incentives. You will set and deliver a test-and-learn roadmap, launch scalable automated journeys, measure conversion and first-trade performance, and optimise campaigns. You will coordinate with commercial, marketing, product, analytics, creative, compliance, and technical stakeholders, mentor a CRM Executive, and document scalable playbooks.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in CRM roles
- Track record of driving activation and conversion in a data-led environment
- Experience designing and scaling campaigns and automated customer journeys
- Experience with experimentation, control groups, and incrementality
- Strong stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Braze and Liquid
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM acquisition roadmap and deliver lifecycle programmes
- Drive new-customer conversion and first-trade rates through reporting and data-led decisions
- Deliver and optimise referral and promotional incentive programmes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on acquisition projects
- Design and pilot CRM lead-generation initiatives
- Mentor and delegate work to a CRM Executive
- Establish measurement frameworks and reporting capabilities
- Build documentation and scalable playbooks
