About the Role
You will manage and optimize owned channels including email, CRM, website, app, and organic social media. You will analyze traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics; create KPI reports and dashboards; support campaigns and content; conduct segmentation and A/B tests; and identify opportunities to improve channel performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- Marketing analytics
- Experience planning, implementing, and analyzing marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and their main KPIs
- Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools including Looker, Power BI, and Tableau
- Previous experience with financial products is desirable
