About the Role

You will own scopes, timelines, budgets, intake, and delivery for creative projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors and contracts, organize shoots, oversee licenses and rights, and partner with post-production to ensure final assets arrive on time and to specification.

Requirements

• Experience as a producer on an in-house creative or brand team
• Experience coordinating creative projects across teams
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, agencies, and contracts
• Experience organizing photo and video shoots, licensing, and releases
• Program and project management expertise
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Figma proficiency
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Knowledge of creative production workflows from concept through delivery

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects, scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery
• Serve as the contact for cross-functional creative requests
• Source, manage, negotiate with, and brief vendors, contractors, freelancers, and agencies
• Organize shoots, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, crewing, and on-set logistics
• Manage licenses, contracts, releases, and rights
• Build and run creative production workflows and intake processes
• Partner with post-production to deliver final assets on time and to specification
• Manage operational work that enables creative output
