About the Role
You will own the creative direction for assigned Games and Apps, defining creative plans, audience angles, concept pillars, and testing roadmaps. You will lead market research including playtests, competitor analysis, and trend scanning, turning market signals into production-ready creative directions. You will plan and manage creative production across video, playable, banner, and ASO formats, ensuring every creative has a clear hypothesis and performance logic. You will also manage and coach a team of Creative Strategists, setting quality standards, building team rituals, and aligning creative strategy with UA goals and production capacity.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Creative Strategy, UA Creative, Creative Production, Product Marketing, or mobile games/apps
- Passion for mobile gaming / hypercasual / hybrid casual / music game
- Strong understanding of performance creative metrics: CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI, ROAS, retention, win rate
- Strong creative sense: hook, gameplay, audience psychology, visual clarity, channel fit
- Strong research skill across competitors, trends, GEOs, audience behavior, and ad channels
- Experience working with UA, Product, Designers, Motion Artists, Artists, and Playable Developers is a plus
- Fluent English in written and verbal communication, with the ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and learning
- PC or Macbook provided by the company
Responsibilities
- Own creative direction for assigned Games/Apps
- Define creative plan, audience angles, concept pillars, and testing roadmap
- Turn product USP, audience psychology, market trends, and competitor learning into clear creative bets
- Lead playtest, competitor research, trend scanning, and GEO/audience learning
- Turn market signals into production-ready creative directions
- Analyze creative performance, diagnose root causes and propose action plans
- Lead research and planning cadences and translate insights into creative actions
- Plan creative production across video, playable, banner, ASO, and other ad formats
- Manage roadmap, capacity, priority, timeline, and quality standard
- Ensure every creative has a clear hypothesis, audience intent, and performance logic
- Manage and coach Creative Strategists
- Define role expectations, quality standards, and performance KPIs
- Build team rituals: creative review, trend sharing, playtest, win/fail review, retro
- Raise ownership, learning speed, and creative quality consistency
- Align creative strategy with UA goals, product context, and production capacity
