About the Role
You will act as a strategic and operational partner to the Country Managing Director for Germany. You will translate priorities into cross-functional roadmaps, lead planning and governance cadences, represent the Country MD in stakeholder forums, monitor operational performance, and improve the German member experience. You will lead localized strategic projects from business case development through implementation, align local and global stakeholders, and deliver sustainable growth and process efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Project Manager, or Head or Lead of Operations role
- Experience in fintech or a high-growth environment
- Experience managing business operations, internal governance cadences, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management background
- Experience with fintech product launches
- Stakeholder management across local and global teams
- Native-level German
- Fluent written and verbal English
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Country Managing Director and translate business vision into cross-functional roadmaps
- Drive planning, prioritization, and governance for key initiatives
- Represent the Country Managing Director in internal and external forums, including PR activities and stakeholder engagements
- Design and manage business performance reviews and leadership stand-ups
- Serve as the liaison between the German market and Member Operations
- Monitor KPIs, drive data-informed decisions, and improve the German member experience
- Establish transparent operational reporting for the Country Managing Director and global organization
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from business case development through operational implementation
- Align global and local teams, manage stakeholders, and turn ambiguous priorities into project plans
