About the Role
You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Germany and Austria, represent Finst at industry events and community gatherings, develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, media and influencers, localize the product and customer experience with internal teams, monitor market and regulatory trends, run regional marketing and growth initiatives, report performance and strategic insights to leadership, and scale local operations including the potential to hire and lead a regional team.
Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English
- At least 3 years in a similar role at a fast-growing European fintech, crypto or regulated tech company
- Proven network and ability to build partnerships in German and Austrian markets
- Bachelor or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in business, marketing, economics, communication or related field
- Deep knowledge of the crypto and financial services industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of driving growth and owning market-level performance in a start-up or scale-up
- Comfort working in regulated industries with strong compliance awareness
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and ability to adapt
Responsibilities

- Develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, fintech ecosystems, media and influencers
- Build and maintain public relations and secure regional media exposure
- Localize product offering and customer experience with marketing, product, compliance and operations teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments
- Drive regional marketing and growth initiatives to accelerate client acquisition
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
- Scale local operations and build a dedicated regional team over time
