About the Role
You lead Adyen’s Mexico organization across sales, account management, marketing, and operations. You adapt global strategy to local needs, develop leadership teams, manage strategic deals and executive relationships, scale the organization, and collaborate with regional and global leaders.
Requirements
- Experience managing managers
- Experience driving and influencing organizational change
- Experience managing senior executive relationships
- Relevant industry network
- Knowledge of payments, financial services, and/or technology
- Business proficiency in Spanish and English
- At least 15+ years of work experience in an entrepreneurial, technology-focused environment
- Strong communication and people skills
