About the Role
You will support the corporate in-house legal department through entity management, corporate governance, and legal operations. You will form and maintain entities, prepare corporate records and board materials, track filings and compliance deadlines, support M&A transactions and post-closing integration, and improve legal processes and technology tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of or interest in emerging technologies such as AI
Responsibilities
- Assist with forming and maintaining entities, including international subsidiaries and regulatory filings
- Draft board consents and prepare board meeting minutes and materials
- Manage corporate records and files
- Track filings and compliance deadlines
- Support M&A transactions and post-closing integration
- Develop and implement processes that streamline legal operations and integrate technology tools
- Provide support across the legal department as needed
