About the Role
You will lead the global accounting organization and own monthly, quarterly, and annual close quality, speed, and predictability. You will set accounting policies, manage audits and controls, partner with business functions, and automate accounting workflows.
Requirements
- 15+ years leading accounting or controllership teams
- CPA or equivalent
- US GAAP expertise
- Financial reporting expertise
- Experience in technology, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, or similar environments
- Experience scaling teams, controls, systems, and processes
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Lead the global accounting organization
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Set accounting policy for revenue, inventory, leases, equity, debt, and foreign currency
- Partner with Commercial, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Strategic Finance
- Build controls into workflows
- Replace manual accounting work with ERP, automation, data, and AI-enabled tools
