About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end accounting function, oversee financial closes and reporting, maintain controls and policies, and support inventory, revenue, tax, audit, and cash-flow activities. You will improve scalable processes, partner on financial analysis, and develop accounting staff.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end accounting function
- Lead month-end and year-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage inventory accounting, COGS, landed costs, standard costing, and manufacturing variances
- Manage accounts payable and support accounts receivable
- Maintain revenue recognition policies under ASC 606
- Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and close procedures
- Implement automation and AI-enabled accounting improvements
- Manage fixed asset accounting
- Support cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, audit, tax, and applicable tax filings
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
