About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end delivery and integration of owner-furnished contractor-installed equipment, from factory testing through onsite installation, startup, and commissioning. You will coordinate procurement, logistics, vendors, MEP trades, inspections, BIM reviews, risk mitigation, modular system integration, asset tracking, warranty documentation, and operational handoff.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of direct experience in mission-critical data center or heavy industrial construction environments
- Deep technical knowledge of large-scale electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with switchgear, UPS, backup generators, chilled water systems, and CRAH or CRAC units
- Experience coordinating long-lead owner-furnished equipment
- High proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, Primavera P6, or MS Project
- Ability to work hands-on at active job sites and manage diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical OFCI assets
- Track procurement milestones and delivery schedules using a Master Equipment Log and just-in-time strategies
- Review submittals and BIM coordination files
- Lead onsite receiving, inspections, and damage assessments
- Verify technical documentation and spare parts
- Coordinate equipment vendors and MEP trades from factory testing through Level 3 and Level 4 commissioning
- Oversee modularized and containerized power and cooling systems
- Identify and resolve equipment risks, scope gaps, and logistics bottlenecks
- Manage asset tracking, warranty documentation, and capital-spares handoff to operations
