About the Role
You will lead on-site construction execution from site preparation through commissioning and turnover. You will coordinate contractors and trades, validate progress, manage safety and quality controls, resolve field issues, support procurement and permitting, and report project risks, blockers, and milestones.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site construction activities through commissioning and turnover
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Validate field progress and address critical-path risks
- Support cost control and change management
- Promote safety in line with Norwegian HSE regulations and project plans
- Drive quality control, inspections, testing, and commissioning
- Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals
- Resolve field conflicts and coordinate engineering clarifications
- Coordinate material and equipment logistics
- Support permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Report progress, risks, blockers, and milestones
