About the Role
You will coordinate project construction activities and provide updates to project managers. You will manage materials, review construction plans and invoices, support quality and safety activities, lead construction meetings, coordinate contractors and environmental work, prepare project documentation, and assist with project closeout.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of construction management experience on multi-million-dollar projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent job experience
Responsibilities
- Complete and submit daily reports to the Project Manager
- Review construction sequences and Issue for Construction prints
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control for construction methods and materials
- Ensure construction activities meet requirements and specifications
- Lead construction activity coordination and weekly construction meetings
- Coordinate protection, control isolation, and safety coordinator activities
- Participate in safety observation and improvement activities
- Review invoices and validate completed work or milestones
- Coordinate material receipts, unused material returns, and goods receipt documentation
- Coordinate environmental activities including inspections, soil testing, and material disposal
- Assist with change orders and project closeout documentation
- Participate in contractor bid and performance evaluations
