About the Role

You will serve as the primary technical contact for AI infrastructure customers, troubleshoot service issues, and lead the delivery of GPUaaS contracts. You will optimize GPU workloads, coordinate with product and support functions, relay customer feedback, and partner with sales on opportunities and technical presentations.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture, technical account management, or customer engineering
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads
• Technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience delivering infrastructure engagements to production
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations
• Experience driving technical engagement and adoption
• Knowledge of Slurm, Kubernetes, and batch/HPC workload management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AI Infrastructure services
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Lead delivery of strategic GPUaaS contracts and meet timelines, SLAs, and support commitments
• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to product and support functions
• Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities, promote products, and deliver technical presentations
