About the Role
You will own vendor performance across GPU hyperscalers and neocloud providers. You will define and track SLAs, manage escalations and service credits, lead vendor relationships and business reviews, align capacity with demand, maintain contract compliance, reconcile invoices, and report vendor performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in vendor management, cloud partnerships, strategic sourcing, or infrastructure procurement within AI, GPU, cloud, or hyperscale infrastructure
- Direct experience with neocloud, hyperscaler, or GPU infrastructure providers
- Experience owning commercial relationships and vendor performance
- Contract record management, invoice reconciliation, credit calculation, and vendor documentation skills
- Experience with vendor escalations, QBRs, and scorecards
Responsibilities
- Define and track vendor SLAs
- Manage vendor escalations, remedies, and service credits
- Build relationships with infrastructure partners
- Align committed GPU capacity with demand forecasts
- Manage contract compliance, invoice reconciliation, renewals, and performance reporting
