About the Role
As a Compliance Analyst, you will help drive the reporting and governance rhythm for the compliance function. You will prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses for board members, executive leadership, and local compliance teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency. You will track issues, remediation actions, and milestones, keeping stakeholders informed through a regular reporting cadence and following up on deliverables and deadlines. You will also coordinate scheduled reviews of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, confirming they align with local regulations and internal templates, developing standardized templates, securing approvals, and maintaining accurate records of document status.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, governance, project coordination, operations, or a similar administrative or support function, preferably within financial services, fintech, banking, or a regulated environment
- High organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders, track deliverables, and ensure commitments are completed on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different levels of seniority
- Comfort preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and status updates for management audiences
- Collaborative and adaptable approach to coordinating with stakeholders across regions, functions, and time zones
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues where appropriate
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and presentations for varied audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Perform data analysis and build periodic reporting for board members, executive leadership, and local compliance teams
- Track and document successes, issues, and remediation actions, and maintain a regular reporting cadence
- Coordinate with contributors on deliverables and due dates to keep reporting on schedule
- Initiate scheduled reviews of PSPG documents and alert authors to upcoming deadlines
- Support the review and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across jurisdictions
- Work with local compliance teams to confirm new PSPGs align with applicable regulations, templates, and requirements
- Help develop and maintain standardized templates for use across all jurisdictions
- Seek and document approvals from stakeholders and approvers
- Maintain accurate records of PSPG status and provide regular status reporting
