About the Role
You will support regulatory reporting, policy governance, compliance monitoring, training, and oversight of AML and KYC systems. You will maintain compliance policies, documentation, registers, and regulatory communications; monitor regulatory changes; coordinate responses to regulators; and escalate compliance risks and breaches.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls
- Review and update compliance policies and procedures to reflect regulatory and business changes
- Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders
- Assist with compliance training
- Prepare and maintain regulatory reporting and submissions, including filings to the Bank of Lithuania
- Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management and the Board
- Support compliance monitoring and testing, track remediation actions, and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries, requests, and inspections
- Escalate compliance risks, breaches, and regulatory concerns to the Head of Compliance
- Maintain and update the policy register and regulatory communications register
- Maintain compliance documentation, records, and evidence
- Support oversight and reviews of AML, KYC, and compliance systems
- Maintain the register of approved compliance and KYC systems
- Report on compliance matters, risks, and activities to the Head of Compliance
