About the Role

You will assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of the Compliance Management System, monitor financial, AML/CTF and data protection regulations, conduct compliance risk assessments, oversee transaction monitoring and SAR escalation, support compliance training, participate in audits and inspections, prepare regulatory reports, partner with legal, risk, technology and product stakeholders, and maintain compliance documentation and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 150 hours of documented AML/CTF risk management training
  • 3–5 years of hands-on compliance experience
  • Working knowledge of Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia and UIAF regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements
  • Analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • CAMS, ICA, or equivalent compliance certification is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Compliance Management System implementation and improvement
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess operational impact
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments
  • Oversee transaction monitoring and SAR escalation
  • Support compliance, financial ethics and code of conduct training
  • Participate in audits and regulatory inspections
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports
  • Partner with legal, risk, technology and product teams
  • Maintain compliance records, policy documentation and internal control maps
