About the Role
You will help develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, and frameworks. You will monitor legal and regulatory compliance, track reviews and investigations, prepare reports, assess high-risk client and transaction escalations, and work across functions to implement an effective compliance-management programme.
Requirements
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency
- Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, consumer protection, privacy, and regulatory engagement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, and frameworks
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
- Track compliance reviews and investigations
- Create compliance reports and stakeholder materials
- Assess escalations involving high-risk clients, PEPs, and unusual transactions
- Provide recommendations for escalation resolution
- Work cross-functionally to implement a compliance-management programme
- Support special projects
