About the Role
You will develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies, benchmark salaries, evaluate jobs, and maintain competitive pay structures. You will manage benefits programmes and payroll-related processes, ensure compliance with UK regulations, support incentive schemes, and advise employees on rewards and policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR role
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of UK labour laws and compensation regulations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations
- Manage employee benefits programmes
- Oversee payroll-related processes
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and compensation regulations
- Support the design of incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards
- Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits, and policies
- Enhance employee satisfaction and retention through reward programmes
