About the Role
You will plan and deliver communications campaigns across global markets. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners; manage social media and editorial calendars; align messaging across channels; and monitor campaign performance. You will work at the Munich headquarters four days per week.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications or campaign management
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders, external partners, or agencies
- Project management and organizational skills
- Social media management experience
- Understanding of LinkedIn and professional digital channels in a global context
- Availability and willingness to work at the headquarters four days per week
- Fluent German and English language skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver communications campaigns including product launches, partnerships, and employer branding
- Manage media communications and external agencies
- Translate strategic priorities into communications initiatives
- Coordinate communications activities across global markets
- Ensure consistent messaging across markets and channels
- Coordinate communications initiatives with internal teams
- Plan and manage social media activities across LinkedIn, the website, and YouTube
- Own the editorial calendar and content distribution
- Track and evaluate campaign performance
