The PrivateAI ecosystem includes knowledge graphs for data visualization, a data marketplace for buying and selling proprietary data, and a peer-to-peer environment for researchers to share insights. It also features a platform for knowledge-intensive crowdsourcing with a dynamic reward system. The native token, $PGPT, represents the value of datasets and is used for payments and contributions. The platform is built on a privacy-by-design methodology, utilizing Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), Confidential Machine Learning (ConfML), and a Tendermint-based consensus to ensure data security and privacy. About the Role
You will build and grow online and offline communities of AI/ML, crypto and research enthusiasts, delivering exciting content and activities. You'll execute fundraising outreach to investors, communities and syndicates, and manage events including speaking opportunities, co-hosting, merchandise and marketing partnerships. You'll develop token-based promotions and competitions, build APAC-focused communities, and write standout blog content. You'll seek partnerships with Layer1s and DeFi protocols, coordinate with KoLs, growth hackers, partners and celebrities, and continuously improve key business assets like the deck, whitepaper, website and proposals. This role demands hands-on execution in a fast-paced, unconventional startup environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of real experience in crypto (community growth, tech sales, presales marketing, fundraising)
- Mandatory experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups, minimum 3 years in crypto, AI, fintech, gaming, gambling or forex
- Demonstrated ability to work with VIPs, whales and investors
- Intelligent use of auxiliary AI tools like Copilot, GPT, etc for CRM purposes
- Comprehensive understanding of social media, AI-assisted marketing and viral trends and growth-hacking
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English required
- Experience working with a team in a non-corporate environment
Responsibilities
- Build online and offline communities of AI/ML, crypto and research enthusiasts
- Execute fundraising outreach to investors, communities and syndicates

- Develop token-based promotions, competitions and crowdsourcing opportunities

- Write blogs and texts that stand out from generic AI-generated content

- Manage work and inputs from stakeholders including KoLs, growth hackers, partners and celebrities
- Improve key business assets such as deck, whitepaper, website and proposal deck
- Execute tasks directly rather than delegating
