About the Role
You will own relationships with San Francisco members, hold regular one-to-one meetings, and deepen their engagement. You will represent the organisation externally, host and curate Bay Area events, maintain member records, and share member insights with internal colleagues. You will develop local engagement strategies and create opportunities for members to connect.

- Experience managing senior or high-net-worth relationships.

- Strategic prioritisation of a large member portfolio.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail in member records, follow-ups, and event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with San Francisco-based members.
- Hold regular one-to-one member meetings and deepen member engagement.
- Represent the organisation in individual and group settings.
- Develop invitation strategies and host Bay Area events.
- Coordinate with Communications, Programming, Growth, Fundraising, and Advisory colleagues.
- Maintain current and detailed member records.
- Develop the Bay Area community-engagement strategy.
- Create introductions, gatherings, and initiatives that strengthen the member network.
