About the Role

You will grow a community of developers, robotics enthusiasts, researchers, and builders. You will organize hackathons, online activations, conferences, side events, dinners, and meetups; manage partnerships and co-marketing initiatives; support campaigns and launches; and coordinate event logistics, vendors, guests, and on-site delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, community management, or ecosystem partnerships
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to independently execute in-person events and digital activations
  • Event planning and execution experience
  • Ability to represent a company publicly at conferences and ecosystem events

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and grow a community of developers, robotics enthusiasts, researchers, and builders
  • Organize and host virtual and in-person robotics hackathons
  • Plan and manage AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and podcasts
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Organize side events, private dinners, and ecosystem activations
  • Develop and manage partnerships with blockchain projects, robotics companies, model labs, and ecosystem allies
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, announcements, and launches
  • Travel to industry conferences and ecosystem gatherings
  • Coordinate venue sourcing, vendor management, guest curation, and on-site execution
  • Lead events on the ground and ensure attendee experience
