About the Role
You will build relationships with Western crypto KOLs, traders, community leaders, builders, and ecosystem partners. You will activate channels for Web3 products, operate community initiatives, communicate product updates, collect strategic market feedback, and track channel performance against growth, trading, revenue, and retention outcomes.
Requirements
- Based in New York or the Bay Area
- Understanding of Western crypto culture, CT, onchain trading, Meme, DEX, and community dynamics
- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial sense
- Product sense
- Written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, traders, community leaders, builders, and ecosystem partners
- Develop channels across the US and Western crypto market
- Identify influential traders, creators, and community nodes
- Support go-to-market activity for DEX, X Layer, Wallet, and other Web3 products
- Drive collaborations around products, assets, campaigns, and ecosystem opportunities
- Build and operate trader groups, ambassador programs, and local community partnerships
- Act as an external-facing voice for product and ecosystem updates
- Translate product capabilities into market narratives and distribution strategies
- Collect market and user feedback
- Track channel performance and contribute to growth, trading volume, revenue, and retention
