About the Role
You will own external communications for Claude Platform capability releases, product updates, and developer news. You will build media relationships, prepare spokespeople, align product narratives with Product and Engineering, share customer feedback, and select effective press, social, owned, and community channels.
Requirements
- Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing
- Experience with platform, API, developer, or enterprise products
- Understanding of developer culture and enterprise buying
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end communications for Claude Platform releases and developer news
- Build relationships with journalists, newsletter writers, and creators
- Prepare Platform leaders for press, podcasts, and panels
- Align external narratives with Product and Engineering
- Share customer feedback with relevant teams
- Coordinate communications across press, social, owned, and community channels
