About the Role

You will define and execute the global communications strategy for cybersecurity work. You will lead communications for product launches, research, threat reporting, policy initiatives, and major milestones; manage media relationships; advise senior leaders; and translate technical and policy decisions into credible messaging.

Requirements

• 12+ years of communications experience
• Experience in cybersecurity, security technology, threat intelligence, national security, infrastructure, or another technical field
• Press relationships and experience shaping narratives with relevant media
• Technical fluency with security research and technology
• Experience communicating consequential products, research, threat findings, vulnerabilities, incidents, or policy issues
• Experience advising senior executives and technical leaders

Responsibilities

• Define and lead cybersecurity communications strategy
• Lead communications for products, research, partnerships, policy initiatives, and milestones
• Coordinate communications across internal and external channels
• Own media engagement and build press relationships
• Advise senior leadership on positioning, messaging, launches, and security issues
• Translate technical, security, product, and policy decisions into clear communications
