About Cryptopay
Cryptopay provides a platform to manage, spend, and withdraw over 40 cryptocurrencies across more than 10 blockchains. Users can spend assets anywhere Visa is accepted with the Cryptopay Debit Card, which comes in both plastic and virtual forms. The service allows for converting and cashing out crypto to EUR with seamless SEPA transfers, buying crypto with SEPA bank transfers, and sending crypto to others (free for Cryptopay-to-Cryptopay transfers). The platform includes a crypto and fiat wallet, ensuring security through integrations with multiple exchanges, BitGo, and Fireblocks. The Cryptopay Visa debit card is issued by DiPocket UAB in the EU. The service is operated by several entities, including CPS Solutions OÜ in Estonia (licensed for virtual currency services), UAB CPS Payments in Lithuania (Virtual Currency Exchange Operator), and CPS Transfers Limited in the UK (registered as a Small Payment Institution by the FCA).

About the Role
You will identify and evaluate payment, banking, and digital asset infrastructure providers and partnership models. You will research markets and customer needs, assess commercial opportunities and trade-offs, approach potential partners, and prepare recommendations for leadership. You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management, monitor market trends, and coordinate provider onboarding requirements with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in payments, fintech, crypto payments, banking infrastructure, digital assets, or related infrastructure businesses.
- Understanding of payment products, infrastructure partnerships, and provider ecosystems.
- Experience researching, evaluating, or working with external infrastructure providers.
- Understanding of payment flows, settlement, provider onboarding, commercial terms, and compliance constraints.
- Ability to compare infrastructure models and explain business trade-offs.
- Ability to connect infrastructure opportunities with revenue, margins, geographic expansion, customer demand, and product capabilities.
- Ability to communicate with senior external-provider representatives.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
