About the Role
You will help customers build workflows that deliver measurable value. You will manage adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes for named accounts; create success plans; facilitate use-case consultations; identify implementation needs; and coordinate with solutions and services partners to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Customer discovery and workflow-mapping skills
- Technical ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot workspaces and workflows
- Commercial awareness of renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Ability to connect adoption patterns to commercial outcomes
- Program and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage success plans, timelines, risks, and customer commitments
- AI tool expertise
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts
- Contribute to renewal and expansion pipeline through proactive product adoption
- Partner on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts
- Define and maintain mutual success plans and business reviews
- Facilitate use-case consultations and identify workflow opportunities
- Engage services partners for complex implementation needs
- Learn the product and AI ecosystem to help customers build durable workflows
- Build and deliver customer outcome programs
