About the Role
You will manage commercial product launches from intake through readiness and launch. You will improve processes, systems, metrics, automation, training, and cross-functional interfaces for pricing, billing, tax, compliance, marketplaces, and sales motions.

Responsibilities
- Run commercial launches end to end
- Scope launch portfolios and commercial readiness requirements
- Develop paths to launch with product teams
- Resolve launch bottlenecks and recurring process issues
- Build launch tiering, criteria, playbooks, templates, and SLAs
- Develop program training
- Build instrumentation, scorecards, and throughput metrics
- Improve workflow tooling and automation
- Design cross-functional commercial processes
