About the Role
You will review, draft, interpret, and negotiate commercial agreements. You will advise on privacy, data protection, global expansion, intellectual property, and employment matters; research legal risks; manage external relationships; and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and resources.

Responsibilities
- Review, draft, interpret, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Develop legal strategy across commercial functions
- Advise stakeholders on global expansion and compliance
- Advise on privacy, data protection, and data-processing agreements
- Support employment, intellectual property, legal process, and equity-plan matters
- Research emerging legal issues and assess business risk
- Manage relationships with counterparties, advisers, and government authorities
- Develop and maintain legal templates, precedents, playbooks, and databases
