About the Role
You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts. You will advise sales, business development, and product teams on contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance. You will support go-to-market initiatives and product launches, develop and improve contract templates and playbooks, collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations to streamline deal execution, and monitor evolving regulations affecting digital assets and technology transactions.
Requirements
- J.D. and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- 4–7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions
- Experience in both law firm and in-house settings preferred
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology digital assets and Web3 regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate draft and close complex commercial agreements
- Strong business judgment and pragmatic risk management
- Exceptional communication collaboration and organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams across multiple time zones
