About the Role

You will use cutting edge AI tools to support a technology forward legal team and streamline contracting research and operations. You will negotiate various commercial agreements including non disclosure agreements and vendor agreements ensuring interests are protected while enabling the business to move quickly. You will manage legal entity formation and governance and become an expert on international corporate structure including maintaining corporate records board and shareholder consents and related governance documents. You will maintain and build out the legal operations function including improving templates workflows playbooks and systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk. You will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders Finance Compliance Product Operations and Procurement to support commercial corporate and operational initiatives. You will drive process improvements across the legal team by identifying gaps proposing solutions and following through to implementation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience.
• Experience working on corporate and transactional matters including drafting and reviewing legal agreements and related documentation.
• Experience working cross functional on multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a fast paced dynamic and demanding environment with the ability to adapt as priorities and business needs evolve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts to non legal stakeholders.
• Experience using AI legal tools for contract review document automation or legal research and an interest in experimenting with new technology to improve legal workflows.
• In house paralegal experience ideally supporting commercial or corporate work.
• Experience working in a hyper growth tech focused company preferably in fintech financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with international entity management and governance.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management CLM tools or legal operations tooling.
