About the Role
You will identify risks in complex cases and conduct necessary clarifications with customers while considering legal and regulatory requirements. You will assess business relationships, prepare precise reports, ensure due-diligence and tax-compliance obligations, and provide compliant solutions and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Banking apprenticeship and/or commercial or academic baccalaureate
- Higher education in economics or law
- Experience and knowledge in banking, particularly compliance
- Telephone communication skills
- Multitasking and prioritization skills
- Fluency in French
- German proficiency at minimum B1 level
Responsibilities
- Identify risks in complex cases and conduct customer clarifications
- Assess business relationships and prepare precise reports
- Ensure compliance with due-diligence and tax-compliance obligations
- Develop targeted compliance solutions at the intersection of law and finance
- Answer questions from internal and external stakeholders
