About the Role
You will own executive relationships with hospital partners operating Moxi robot fleets and translate performance data into clear value narratives. You will lead leadership check-ins and quarterly business reviews, diagnose performance issues, manage improvement projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve them. You will support staff training, activate new use cases, identify fleet expansion opportunities, and manage client success operations across multiple hospitals.
Requirements
- Data fluency with dashboards and spreadsheets
- Executive presence with hospital executives
- Project management skills including scoping, tracking, escalation, and follow-through
- Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Responsibilities
- Own executive relationships with hospital stakeholders
- Lead recurring leadership check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Communicate robot-fleet value using clinical, operational, and financial metrics
- Monitor utilization, adoption, and reliability data across the territory
- Diagnose underperformance, run interventions, and measure results
- Set and track site-level performance targets
- Surface cross-account patterns that inform product priorities and playbooks
- Manage account issues, improvement projects, and use-case activations
- Drive issue resolution from intake through closure
- Coordinate operations, support, engineering, product, and growth teams
- Partner with clinical teams on staff training and workflow fit
- Discover and activate new use cases
- Identify fleet expansion opportunities and provide performance evidence
- Manage client success operations across multiple hospitals
- Contribute to the client success playbook and company OKRs
