About the Role
You will manage claims handling and loss-prevention activities. You will coordinate communication and negotiations between insurance companies and clients, monitor claims and complaints, maintain relationships with service providers, and prepare claims-management reports and analyses.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in economics
- Experience in insurance, claims management, or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
- English language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance claims handling and loss-prevention activities
- Coordinate communication and negotiations between insurance companies and clients
- Monitor the status of claims, requests, and complaints
- Maintain relationships with external service providers and subcontractors
- Communicate with insurance companies about claims settlement, risk assessment, and loss-prevention measures
- Monitor the timely and high-quality servicing of insurance cases
- Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation for claims management
