About the Role
Own the compliance agenda end-to-end, ensuring readiness for VARA expectations, ongoing supervision, and scalable controls as volumes grow. Serve as VARA's day-to-day interface, establish regulator credibility, connect Dubai market realities with Coins.ph leadership, and build a strong compliance foundation during expansion.
Requirements
- Senior compliance leader resident in the UAE with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in regulated financial services environments involving VASP, fintech, or payments
- Ability to operate as the primary regulator interface
- Prior UAE regulatory engagement experience preferred
- Ability to be accepted as a Responsible Individual
- Strong judgment, confidence, and comfort working in ambiguity
