About the Role
You will build and scale a high-velocity channel partner network to drive SME acquisition and revenue growth. You will identify, onboard, and manage partners; collaborate on co-selling and lead-generation initiatives; enable partners through training and performance reviews; and bring partner feedback and market insights into product and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of proven success in sales, business development, channel management, or partnerships within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Track record of identifying new revenue opportunities and driving high-velocity channel sales.
- Deep understanding of the SME business landscape and corporate payment flows, with a primary focus on the Malaysian market.
- An active network of potential partners across SME and mid-market verticals, including Wholesale and Trade, Retail and E-commerce, Professional Services, and Travel.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Responsibilities
- Identify, scout, onboard, and manage channel partners at scale.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners.
- Collaborate with partners on joint-acquisition strategies, co-selling initiatives, and localized campaigns.
- Drive high-value SME leads.
- Enable partners through training, co-marketing collateral, joint events, performance reviews, on-site visits, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to align channel programs with business objectives.
- Gather partner feedback and market insights to champion product, service, and operational enhancements.
