About the Role
You will onboard, reconcile, and validate client cap tables; structure SAFEs, equity grants, board resolutions, and financing documents into OCF-based data; contribute to Open Cap Table Format protocols; operate the cap table engine; automate legal workflows with engineering; and support alignment among founders, investors, counsel, and technical teams.
Requirements
- JD
- 1–4 years of corporate or transactional experience
- Fluency in venture financings, cap tables, SAFEs, and equity compensation
- Comfort with spreadsheets, APIs, and structured data
- Experience with cap table tools is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Based on the US East Coast
- Authorization to work in the US
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, reconciliation, and validation of client cap tables
- Enhance the AI engine to parse and structure SAFEs, equity grants, board resolutions, and financing documents
- Contribute to Open Cap Table Format open-source protocols
- Operate the cap table engine
- Work with engineering to automate legal workflows
- Assist the support team alongside founders, investors, and outside counsel
