About the Role
You will own the end-to-end candidate experience, coordinating complex interviews and maintaining timely, supportive communication. You will manage ATS data, job setup, onboarding and compliance activities, identify process bottlenecks, document workflows, and help improve talent acquisition operations.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Focus on candidate experience and empathy in managing recruitment relationships
- Experience using online calendar and meeting applications, preferably G-Suite
- Data-driven approach and commitment to clean data
- Excellent stakeholder communication and human-first written correspondence
- Experience scheduling and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Ability to learn complex systems and improve processes
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse
- Experience contributing to operational projects
- Experience serving as the main point of contact for agency or search-firm partners
Responsibilities
- Act as a consistent primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Host onsite or virtual interview days and prepare candidates for interviews
- Design authentic candidate communications and manage early-stage rejections professionally
- Coordinate complex interview loops across multiple time zones and manage last-minute changes
- Maintain data quality in Greenhouse, manage job setup, build interview processes, and update candidate statuses
- Oversee onboarding and compliance operations including right-to-work checks, people-data integration, and background checks
- Educate talent acquisition colleagues on data accuracy and Greenhouse best practices
- Analyze candidate survey data and turn insights into process improvements
- Identify scheduling bottlenecks and pilot improved workflows
- Document talent acquisition processes and create guides for scheduling and offer approvals
- Train new coordinators and talent acquisition colleagues
- Partner with hiring managers and support role-specific talent acquisition verticals
