About the Role
You will develop and execute marketing campaign strategies that drive business growth across FanDuel's key verticals, working closely with cross-functional partners including product, creative, commercial, and analytics teams. You'll translate insights and commercial objectives into compelling campaign strategies and creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals. You will drive campaign effectiveness, own measurement strategies, and lead continuous improvement in how campaigns are planned, executed, and learned from. You'll serve as a key thought partner in shaping the role of sports marketing as a business enabler, identifying opportunities for innovation and partner activation, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external agency partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in campaign strategy and/or brand marketing either with top-tier consumer brands or agencies
- Ability to develop and evolve campaign strategy based on business objectives, market dynamics, and performance insights
- Experience leading cross-team efforts to establish and maintain a cohesive communications strategy across the customer lifecycle
- Experience in developing creative briefs, overseeing asset production, approvals, and versioning
- Comfortable planning ahead for major tentpole moments, identifying risks, and mitigating roadblocks
- Excellent communication skills to articulate campaign strategy and results through presentations, postmortems, and reports
- Genuine enthusiasm for sports culture with instinct for what resonates with sports fans and bettors, or proven ability to quickly develop this domain expertise
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve campaign strategy based on commercial objectives and market insights, ensuring alignment across all marketing verticals and sports moments
- Own the translation of commercial objectives and customer insights into strategic, high-impact creative briefs
- Lead and coordinate with external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure campaign work aligns with brand identity and strategic direction
- Own the planning and flawless execution of major tentpole campaigns with clearly defined KPIs and success metrics
- Coordinate key deliverables across teams to ensure alignment on strategy, timelines, and output expectations
- Deliver post campaign analysis and data-driven learnings, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Act as a key marketing liaison for product integrations across multiple teams, working with Commercial, Product, and Creative Ops
