About the Role
You will design, implement, and maintain development infrastructure end to end. You will build CI/CD pipelines, improve C/C++ build systems, manage releases and on-premise systems, troubleshoot Linux environments, maintain AWS services, and preserve auditability and traceability in your work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or mathematics
- At least 5 years of experience managing build and software infrastructure operations
- Proficiency in Python and Bash
- Experience with GitHub Actions on self-hosted runner infrastructure
- Experience with Ansible or Chef
- Experience with Docker or Podman
- Experience with Make, CMake, or Bazel
- Experience with vcpkg or Conan
- Linux system administration skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Experience configuring NVIDIA GPU drivers on Linux
- Experience managing on-premise servers, networking hardware, and storage
- Experience deploying AWS VPC infrastructure using EC2, S3, and IAM
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or Pi
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines on self-hosted runners
- Build reproducible developer environments using containerization tools
- Maintain and improve CMake-based build systems for a large C/C++ codebase
- Facilitate software releases, coordinate merges, maintain branch health, and manage release candidates
- Manage bare-metal servers, networking equipment, and on-premise infrastructure using configuration tools
- Debug complex issues across the Linux stack
- Maintain AWS services for code coverage reporting and software artifact storage
- Maintain CI/CD audit trails and document infrastructure processes for QMS requirements
