About the Role
You will own and scale automated build and release infrastructure. You will design reliable CI/CD systems, optimize build performance, automate releases and testing, manage artifacts and versioning, and standardize development workflows across software platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at Senior level or 10+ years at Staff level in Build Engineering, Release Engineering, Developer Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Programming experience in Python, Go, Bash, or similar automation languages
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Buildkite, Bazel, Buck2, CMake, or similar systems
- Experience supporting Linux-based development environments and distributed engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Design and scale automated build and release pipelines across the software stack
- Improve build reliability, performance, and deployment efficiency
- Develop automated testing, artifact management, versioning, and release-validation systems
- Standardize development workflows with software teams
- Establish developer infrastructure, release governance, and CI/CD best practices
