About the Role
You will own the implementation, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of business systems. You will design integrations and end-to-end financial processes, automate operational workflows, lead system rollouts and upgrades, conduct user acceptance testing, train users, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on business systems administration experience
- Experience administering ERP, HRIS, spend, and travel platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI-native tools to automate workflows
- Expertise in AP, AR, GL, month-end close, and consolidations
- Knowledge of build-versus-buy decisions, middleware, and off-the-shelf tools
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to independently deliver complex projects under ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the business systems ecosystem
- Oversee systems strategy, architecture, configuration, integrations, access governance, data integrity, optimization, and administration
- Design and maintain end-to-end financial and operational processes
- Identify bottlenecks and deploy automated or AI-powered solutions
- Lead tool rollouts, feature releases, and system upgrades
- Train teams and run user acceptance testing
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Communicate system impact to leadership
