About the Role
You will own the systems side of product and pricing launches from planning through billing. You will translate pricing decisions into catalog, quoting, contract, billing, tax, and reporting changes; build launch playbooks; coordinate sign-offs; configure Salesforce; validate launches; and use AI to improve launch readiness and testing.

Responsibilities
- Own systems work for product and pricing launches through the first billing cycle
- Translate pricing and packaging decisions into system changes
- Build and run a repeatable new-product-introduction playbook
- Join launch planning and advise on quoteable, billable, and reportable pricing options
- Design end-to-end pricing-model system flows
- Plan customer migrations, grandfathering, amendments, co-termination, and renewals
- Own product and price retirement
- Coordinate changes across Salesforce, billing, and tax platforms
- Partner with Product, Pricing, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal on launch sign-offs
- Prepare sellers and Deal Desk for launch day
- Validate quotes, orders, invoices, and finance reports after launch
- Build declarative solutions and write implementation specifications
- Use AI to generate catalog changes, check readiness, and test scenarios
